    I never received the parcel I contacted the sender and he said he had received the payment and was trying to refund it I am very much surprised that Catawiki actually paid to sender.

    Dopo oltre 2 settimane dall'avvenuto pagamento, ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto il mio ordine. Il venditore dice di averlo spedito ma io non ho ricevuto nulla!

    The package was sent directly after payment. Then it got rerouted by the Postal office and it took a while to locate it. Buyer was notified about this. Yet his anger is directed at me, not the post office. Catawikidirectly reimbursed the buyer completely, PLUS he got the package (after i warned Catawiki not to reimburse but rather to put the payment on hold). Have not heard of buyer since he got his free €340 watch in the mail. Only this negative review. Catawiki charged me an additional €51 for 'administrative costs'. Best deal ever?
