    Responds too late to questions. I had to pay 50% of the cost of the product on import taxes. After it, they said they could have sent it from France instead of Switerland. Why not do it before?

    Hello, I am sorry for this bad experience but the late response was over the weekend. Also we are a Swiss based company. It is clearly specified in the description of the article that it will be sent from Switzerland and possibility to send from EU only on demand. Hope it helps! Carole

    Die Clutch kam sehr gut verpackt an, leider war die Zollgebühr sehr hoch 53€!! Die Lieferzeit war auch lang. Das Täschchen ist sehr schön nur der Zipp geht sehr streng zu und muss geschmiert werden.

    Hello and thanks a lot for your feedback. Unfortunately the custom fees do not depend on us. Depends on your local tax laws. As you can see on our item announce we offer to send the package from UE on special demand to avoid this. Maybe for next time!
