Hello, I am sorry for this bad experience but the late response was over the weekend. Also we are a Swiss based company. It is clearly specified in the description of the article that it will be sent from Switzerland and possibility to send from EU only on demand. Hope it helps!

Die Clutch kam sehr gut verpackt an, leider war die Zollgebühr sehr hoch 53€!! Die Lieferzeit war auch lang.
Das Täschchen ist sehr schön nur der Zipp geht sehr streng zu und muss geschmiert werden.
