Well packed and stamps were of good quality - more than expected were never hinged.

De inklaringskosten waren 14.03 euro. Het kavel gekocht voor 56 euro. Hoe bepaald men die kosten? Envelop was niet opengemaakt. Dus een pure gok?

Hi, the postage label comes in 2 parts, the front of the envelope has the address and name details, the back has the contents and value details this is what is used to determine the duties. There is no other option but to send this way as Catawiki insist the item is sent tracked also the item would not be insured. As I am sure you are aware I am not responsible nor have any control over import duties applied by your country.

verkoper correct, doch voor zij die eerste maal aankopen in GB, denk eraan dat de Britse staat gulzig is. Ik heb op een bedrag van €48,00 nog € 24,00 moeten bijbetalen voor BTW en belastingen.

Emballage correct, timbres parfait ! Mais malheureusement lettre arrivée avec taxe de Douane de 15€ alors que l'ensemble aurait pu arrivée en envoi cadeau pour éviter cette taxe.

These are French taxes not mine they are yours to pay. Sending as a gift is firstly illegal and it voids insurance. 
Ce sont des impôts français, pas les miens, c'est à vous de les payer. Envoyer un cadeau est illégal et annule l'assurance.
