Acquistato due lotti (fotografie) nella stessa asta. Il venditore si è fatti pagare due spese di trasporto (9+9 euro), ma poi li ha spediti con la stessa spedizione, speculandoci sopra. Non corretto,

Se vuole metterò 10€ in una busta e la spedirò immediatamente, preferiva facessi due spedizioni?  Polemica inutile, lei ha fatto un ottimo affare, dovrebbe ringraziarmi.

One photo I bought is missing in the enveloppe , replaced by another one of no interest .And I was charged  30.90 euros postage for only 12.70 euros as written on the parcel ...

I have checked multiple times the various photos of the lot, and I am sure that I have sent you everything. Which photo do you think Is missing? I have also added an extra photo (a kind of gift that I sometimes add to the lots).

Now, I am really sorry if the shipment was so  espensive, but it isn't my fault. I have simply paid the required 12.70€ (I also have the receipt). The extra money that you had to pay were charged by the French post service, not by me or by the Italian post service. So it has been the French post service that made you pay more than required. Unfortunately I cannot do anything for that. 
Again, I am really sorry for that, but I have no power in these situations. I Hope you can understand.
