Ein schönes Buch!
Schneller Versand, sehr gut verpackt - herzlichen Dank!

Unclear description.
Rude when asked to clarify.

This feedback is completely unfair and outrageous. The buyer complained that the book wasn’t signed, even though that was mentioned several times and even it is clearly visible in the photos. And of course, it was he who was rude and unfriendly and, even though he was in the wrong, didn’t even have the decency to ask to return the book. I would have gladly complied with that request at any time, because 1. it’s important to me that the customer is satisfied, and 2. in this particular case, it would have been a matter close to my heart to ensure the book didn’t end up in the hands of a rude customer who doesn’t appreciate the book’s uniqueness and value.

zeer goed verpakt, is een prachtig en zeer goed bewaard gebleven exemplaar, bedankt
