    Purchased Tag watch but doesn’t work! Quoted £435 & 8 weeks to repair. Clearly not a new or insignificant issue. Seller has accepted liability and offered a refund. waste of time & effort + money

    Dear Sir, When I sent the watch it was working perfectly. I'm sorry for the problem. Besides offering immediately to repay it I do not know what I could have done. I have tried my best. The watch it was working perfectly It makes no sense to sell a broken watch and immediately offer full repayment.
