Il pacco è arrivato assemblato male ed all’apertura la parte in vetro, staccata dalla lampada è rotolata via e si è rotta, peccato ora dovrò trovare un’altra parte in vetro da adattare a questa

La lampada quando è stata spedita era integra e la parte in vetro non era staccata dal piedistallo. È probabile che durante la spedizione il pacco non sia stato gestito con cura dallo spedizioniere.

L'oggetto è partito da qui intatto, il pacco era ben eseguito e sigillato, alla stregua delle centinaia di spedizioni che ho eseguito negli anni tra catawiki ed ebay. Può benissimo chiedere il rimborso e verrà soddisfatto. Non capisco mettere un feedback negativo quando è evidente che le colpe non è del venditore ma tuttalpiù di chi ha eseguito malamente il proprio lavoro: in questo caso le poste Italiane!

Beautiful piece but seller not very helpful. The clock doesn't work and he was very snappy about it even if I asked nicely for help.
Envoi ok, emballage ok. je recommande.
It doesn't take too much work to 1) state the items have 3mm chips on borders or 2) upload clear images of the chips itself rather than general views of the 3 items altogether. Very disappointed.
