very expensive and inadequate shipping. a thin layer of cardboard/air all is insufficient for a frame with glass; the glass broke, creating scratches on the work. 

feedback senza onestà intellettuale, e dettato dalla poca esperienza nel settore, si sà che spesso può capitare che il vetro si possa rompere, indipendente dal confezionamento.

I was expecting an other colour of print, with a lot more grey and darker taupe/bluish colour, instead of light blue.  But still happy, fast delivery, trustworthy dealer.  Thank you.

Seller shipped the art piece quickly and responded to messages. Only issue we have is that the packaging of this piece was really quite improvised and the state of the piece was a little underwhelming

The painting is great. The delivery from Europe to Hong Kong is fast. But eh size of painting is 30x40cm instead of 30x40in stated in the bidding post.

These items were described on the auction site as being in inches where in fact they measurement was cm.  Furthermore the protective cover on the artwork was peeling off.
