Super, m’a bien aidé dans les difficultés due à l’incompétence de Colissimo, évitez quand vous pouvez de faire appel à ces shippers.
Le vendeur quand à lui a été magnifique de gentillesse.

Fast shipping, safe packaging, trustworthy seller, (recommended)

Excellent communication, efficient packaging and so much kindness exchanging messages. Thanks!

La porcellana è perfettamente arrivata e l'imballaggio si è dimostrato perfetto al livello di quelli, per oggetti similari, di Sotheby's.
Anche il condition reporti è parimenti risultato corretto.

Acquirente estremamente corretto e gentile. Grazie!

Hello,
the goods from Italy have been received, just as expected
thank you

!!! ATTENTION !!! The seller sends high-quality items WITHOUT insurance of the shipment. If the item breaks during shipping, the seller claims it's the buyer's responsibility! So please be careful.

Not honest feedback, sorry. I am fully responsible about shipping, and fully reimburse the buyer IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED BECAUSE OF NOT APPROPRIATE PACKING, which has not been the case here, and the buyer knows that. About insurance, it is made upon buyer’s request, because most of the buyers do not like to declare the real value of the object. Please be more correct in releasing feedbacks.

服务态度很好，可是的物品的具体描述有一些小瑕疵

Dear Tsao Chia Ming,
I am sorry that you have not yet received your purchase. I did phone to the Italian Post service and after some search they said that it is only matter of delay due to the big traffic of end year. The parcel is not lost.
Let me explain how it works. The parcel can be tracked on the site of the Italian Post until delivery. When the parcel is on the airplane and has left Italy, then it can be tracked also on the EMS site.
At the moment, the last update on the site of the Italian Post says that on December, 3th, the parcel left the International addressing Center. But it is not yet appearing on the EMS site.
At my phone call the operator, after searching, said that it has been delayed but yesterday has been sent to the airport for embarking. Then, it should appear soon on the EMS site, and it will arrive in Taiwan soon.
In conclusion, I am sorry but luckily it is only matter of seasonal delay. I hope that once in Taiwan, there will not be further delays. Kind regards
