    Could not be better! Packing was perfect; the agents kept in close contact to make sure all went well. The photos wer rally representative of the carpet. Highly recommend this dealer.

    The seller was excellent. The rug is was lost in delivery. The seller emailed photos of information and helped me locate which post office where the rug was. The rug was well packed and protected.
