    Hello, I am sorry the package arrived damaged. We pack it very well and in the same way we did to all other crates we sold, even shipped bottles of 5000€ in this way which arrived in perfect order. I do think the post in your region has not handled the package in good order. Could you send us pictures of the damaged products and wrapping in order to request repayment of the post office.
