Hello Mr. Nedelcu, I phoned with the traffic authority and the last owner of the car. The traffic authority told me that until 1 October 2005 the vehicle tickets (SHINE) were kept on signing out a car and only the big letter was given. This was done in the whole of Germany, it was then the law, which you can gladly check. So if you buy a car in Germany before the 1 okt. 2005, you did not receive a vehicle license (SHINE) because there was before the date so a law. The authorities in Romania must also know this. The last owner gave me a certificate which will be helpful for you in Romania. There are all sorts of documents and documents for the car there, there is no more and it has not. I can now do nothing more for you it is all right and it would be nice if you would report once to realize the removal. You are now the owner of the car, please pick up your car by 31.03.2017.
