Hello, The watch arrived rusted inside and in poor condition with a faux leather strap. This is a scam, and I would like a refund. I find these practices outrageous.

Watch arrived broken. It’s either dried up oil in the movement or dirt inside. I managed to fix it myself, but most people have no idea how to do that. Can’t tell if it stops working again.
