This was the worst packed bottle of whisky I've ever received. It also took 8 days to arrive, we were charged €35 for shipping But the actual cost of shipping was €16.40

Hi The shipping cost was clearly marked as 35Euro. If you didn't want to pay that don't bid. Catawiki had to send you twice to pay your bottle and you complain about the waiting time??????? Don't ever buy a bottle from me. Your comment is incorrect and not wright. You are frustrated you bid to high.
