je trouve inadmissible qu'un vendeur refuse d'envoyer un lot acheté au enchères  sous prétexte que la valeur proposée est modeste alors qu'il n'y a pas de prix de réserve demander. y a t'il pénalité?

I asked you to contact you, but you refused to answer. I wanted to clarify the problem. I sent you a message, I asked you that I want to call you to speak with you, but you did not answer me. I decided to talk with the experts and tell them as if the buyer he’s not happy....I want the album to be returned. But You instead to interact;...You gave me Bad rewiew. So who is guilty???
