Dopo aver spedito la merce,mi ha chiesto un’integrazione in euro per i costi del pagamento oltre quelli indicati, inoltre ha spedito l’oggetto senza scatola, arrivato rotto non essendo stato imballato

The item you bought was 16 euro and change, you paid 40 euro for the shipping, at the post office your it totalled to 44.20 euro. I texted you informing you with the proof of receipt forwarded to you the same day to you agreeing that I forward my bank account information for you to reimbourse me. You sent me a photo when you received the order complaining that it was packed in a protection bubble bag but you never complain of any damages or brokeness. That is one of the most protective form to ship an object of this type and is accepted by the Post office. I packed in a bubble bag because these objects are solid metal in form of straight style, the best way I could have shipped it was that and that even cost me more than a box or carton, post office would have rejected it if it was otherwise! Besides these are HARD straight steel that can not be easily broken. You will pay my 4.20 euro.
