Won the auction but the goods were not available after all. Complete amateurs and does not give a perception of Catawiki as a serious broker. I still miss the money as I have already paid for it.

You really are a huge liar. As written in all my adverts "additional shipping costs to islands and remote places on the planet" you didn't want to add the difference needed to send you the bottles.
