    Buyer not correct ! Because of coronavirus, i clearly told him i would send all my packages on 12th may when lockdown will end in France to avoid lots of problems with shippers, he wanted to cancel his buying since weeks. He knew the date of sending since weeks, he knew everything. Not comprehensive at all, such bad behaviour during world crisis !!!

    Le cadre a été très abimé par le transporteur, de nombreux morceaux de plâtre et de peinture se trouvaient dans l’emballage. Heureusement la toile n’a pas été endommagée

    Bonjour, Le colis était pourtant très solide comme vous avez pu le constater. Hélas, les cadres anciens à moulures sont en plâtre sur une armature bois, ils ne supportent ni les chocs directs (l'emballage est prévu à cet effet), ni les vibrations dues aux manipulations (inévitables). Selon les conditions de stockage durant le siècle passé (humidité, recollages éventuels...), le plâtre est plus ou moins fortement fragilisé et ce genre d'incident est hélas très fréquent. Il est évidemment amplifié si des employés des transporteurs se montrent peu précautionneux, ce qui a dû forcément être le cas ici. Bien cordialement
