This person bought a framed copyright photograph. She complained that the photograph had shifted from the frame, evidently during transport, and also that she thought the glass inside was dirty. I invited her to open the frame and fix the photograph by cleaning the glass, but she said she was unable. I then told her to send it back to me, that I would do it, and I would send it back to her, but it didn't suit her. I then told her to send it back to me, that I would return her money, but it didn't suit her. I asked her more than once to tell me what she wanted, but she never replied, saying it was I who had to make a proposal. At one point he admitted that he just wanted a discount from me, but he still wanted to keep the painting. I told her that if she wanted, she could return the painting to me and I would pay her back the money, but I didn't give her discounts because it doesn't seem right. She opened the dispute with catawiki, which proved her wrong. So catawiki said I WAS RIGHT.

Imballato da schifo in una scatola di biscotti senza protezioni è arrivato con il vetro rotto che ha danneggiato l'opera. Per la ridicola cornice che era poteva anche toglierla. Male!

A prescindere dalla sconveniente terminologia da Lei utilizzata, non posso condividere le sue affermazioni. E' stata utilizzata una scatola di cartone idonea, all'interno della quale sopra il quadro era stata posta un'altra scatola di cartone più piccola, che ritenevo potesse isolare adeguatamente l'opera. Per poterle fare avere l'opera il prima possibile, gliel'ho inviato il giorno stesso in cui ho ricevuto il pagamento, anche se era il 29 dicembre e ho passato la mattinata in posta. Se poi le poste l'hanno danneggiata, non è colpa mia e soprattutto - mi creda - mi spiace e non era la mia volontà. Visto che era assicurata, se vuole mi contatti, che apriamo la procedura con le poste.

I'm glad the piece was appreciated. Shipping costs are known BEFORE the auction, and therefore the participant can decide whether to bid or not. Therefore, I do not think they are due explanations on the point. Those who sell must also take into consideration the possibility that the buyer is in a very distant European country or an island. Surely, lower shipping costs would not have allowed you to win the good at 8 euros.
