    Dear buyer, As I already mentioned in our conversation, I feel really sad you are not satisfied by the purchase. All the stains and damages were captured in the pictures from the lot. After you opened the claim, I proposed you to return the painting and be fully refund, but you didn't want. Moreover, you told me that you didn't check the pictures carefully. Also, Catawiki closed the claim and resolved this matter with you. In conclusion, I find this negative feedback groundless.
