Montre esthétiquement belle,mais dans un état pitoyable a l'intérieur. pile fondue, bride pas d'origine et très mal monté par un bricoleur (je cite la bijouterie) et pleins d'autres problèmes.

I take the watch to the jeweler every 2 years for checking and replacing the battery. The jeweler sent it to Switzerland. As stated in the advertisement, I have not worn the watch for years and indicated that service (not just replacing the battery) was necessary. The fact that the battery has melted seems very strange. I do not recognize the "manipulation" of the band at all. This is the original bracelet and has always been worn like this. In short, maintenance (in addition to replacing the battery) does make sense after so many years, it said in the advertisement and the price was also based on that.

In order to make the claim, they require the following information: - Details about what happened. - A commercial invoice providing the details of your order, such as company details, items purchased and the itemized order costs. - Photo and/or video evidence of the damage.
