    Oggetto rispondente alla descrizione, ma arrivato rotto. Imballo non idoneo a fronte della fragilità dell'oggetto e delle spese di spedizione. Venditore dispiaciuto, ma spiace più a me dell'accaduto.

    Gentile, sono ovviamente dispiaciuta che il lotto sia arrivato danneggiato. Non ritengo che l'imballo fosse non idoneo, anzi, ho messo notevole premura.
