No entiendo por qué la calificación negativa. Yo hice el envío pero fue la empresa de reparto la que se equivocó. El dinero le ha sido devuelto. Cuál es el problema para una calificación baja?

el vendedor se le pagan 3 envíos y me llega en 1 no compréis al vendedor.

No puedo organizar envíos combinados sin saber los destinos finales, ni el total del peso a facturar.
Podría haber llegado a un acuerdo si usted hubiera sido algo "más amable" en sus apreciaciones.

The ordered item never arrived. The provided tracking code was also not working. To make things worse, the seller did not even bother to answer any of the two messages sent to him/her.

Awful experience! I have won an auction. The seller has never send the package / item, has provided a false tracking nr, has not answered to any of my messages, after 3 weeks the order was canceled.
