    No entiendo por qué la calificación negativa. Yo hice el envío pero fue la empresa de reparto la que se equivocó. El dinero le ha sido devuelto. Cuál es el problema para una calificación baja?

    No puedo organizar envíos combinados sin saber los destinos finales, ni el total del peso a facturar. Podría haber llegado a un acuerdo si usted hubiera sido algo "más amable" en sus apreciaciones.
