I do not recommend purchasing from this seller
Did not send the package - left it with him for a month
Very disappointing

I’ve had several problems trying to ship the package from Spain to Israel, which has unfortunately caused this delay.

Even though you have now cancelled the order, I will still send the package to your address, together with the gift I had already planned to include as an apology for the delay, even though the shipping issues were beyond my control.

I have an impeccable reputation here and on every platform where I buy and sell, and I take that very seriously. You will receive your package completely free of charge. Since the purchase has been cancelled, you will not be paying anything for the item or the shipping, and I will personally cover the international shipping costs, which are quite high.

I simply want to make sure you receive what you originally purchased and that this situation ends properly despite all the problems with the shipment.

Again, I’m sorry for the delay and the inconvenience.
