What Irregularites are you talking about ? You are a dishonest buyer not to describe the faults for the carpet is old and it will not look like a new carpet. A new one this type would cost you €1500 not €66. Send the carpet back and I will refund your money. In future I advise you not to buy through Auction but buy new from a shop and you won't have any room to complain.

I am very sorry but I explained to you that UPS will not ship to Switzerland. This has been confirmed by UPS to Catawiki. Therefore I will refund your money as the carpet is not able to be sent to Switzerland. Unfortunately I can't export to Switzerland as it is not in the EU

Had a good rapport with the seller and arranged the collection. Am very pleased with the rug, the colouring is very much to my taste. Hope possibly to see more of his rugs in the future.
Efficient delivery organised by the seller. Very good communication. The rug required quite a bit of spot cleaning on arrival and some of these stains cannot be removed, unfortunately.
