    Der Spiegel war ungenügend verpackt und der Inhalt des Pakets war nicht als zerbrechlich markiert. In der Folge kam er zerbrochen bei mir an. Ich erhielt bis heute keine Antwort vom Verkäufer.

    The seller has sent me incomplete item (chess pieces without chessboard). I had to keep incomplete item, as I had no faith in returning it to such an unreliable seller. Don't buy.

    The item was incomplete because it was lost in the mail. You could have returned the item and get your money back in full, but instead you kept the money I send you for the return transportation and did not send the item back to me. I have tried to solve this with you in best way possible. Unfortunately you decided that you did not want any of my solutions.

    Shipped lacking proper packaging. It had only some cardboard to protect it. Parts that extended from the machine were not securely wrapped or removed were broken off. Over paid for a broken up item.
