I received your request and the photos supporting your complaint. On the very same day, I sent you photos of the item taken before shipment. These photos clearly show that the issues you mentioned were not present. The item was carefully and securely packed. Given the considerable weight of the package, it’s possible that the damage occurred during transit. For this reason, I advised you to file a damage declaration with the carrier and initiate an insurance claim. In any case, your statement that I am uncooperative is inaccurate—and it is especially unfair to accuse me of dishonesty. I always strive to communicate openly, fairly, and in good faith with my customers.
