I find it very unprofessional a poster to be sent over through multiple brothers without being placed in tube. The result is a serious damage of the lot and a lot of frustration for both sides.
The seller refused to ship the item. Absolutely unreliable and disgraceful.

These photos clearly show that the issues you mentioned were not present. The item was carefully and securely packed. Given the considerable weight of the package, it’s possible that the damage occurred during transit. For this reason, I advised you to file a damage declaration with the carrier and initiate an insurance claim. In any case, your statement that I am uncooperative is inaccurate—and it is especially unfair to accuse me of dishonesty.
