the letter of provenance was not included with the item and the seller was affasive in the communication when I asked why it took so long before the order arrived I will never buy from him again

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that the letter of provenance was not included in the shipment for security reasons, which I prefer not to discuss publicly. I responded to all your questions within 24 hours, and the provenance letter was sent through the Catawiki system and via email, and it is also downloadable from the website. I explained that the delay was due to customs, which has become more complex after Brexit, as all shipments from the UK to Europe now go through customs control. This information regarding shipping between the UK and Europe is clearly outlined in the Catawiki listing. I believe the review may not accurately reflect the situation, as I made every effort to communicate and address your concerns in detail.
