Hello Takehiko, I am very sorry that you are not satisfied with the chair. I wrote in the descpription, that the chairs show very distinct signs of wear. And you are right that the repair location should be described more clearly. I think a returning from Japan will be difficult, but we can agree on a discount for the chair.
