Bonjour, navré d'entendre que le colis a souffert dans le transport, j'ai du mal à comprendre comment ils peuvent déchirer un carton mais ayant vu comment certains transporteurs traitent la marchandise cela ne m'étonne qu'à moitié. Il faudra que je sois encore plus vigilant sur les prochains envois. Merci à vous!

Prachtig boek in goede staat in ongeopende verpakking (zeer lichte schade op hoekpunten). Het boek was stevig ingepakt en gezien de douane faciliteiten toch snel geleverd.
