    Don't buy anything from this seller. He doesn't answer to messages. Shipping is so expensive (20 euros for a DVD) and the package has arrived almost a month after purchase! BAD. NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE.

    Hi, I am sorry that your shipment took so long to arrive, posted on Dec 23rd and arrived today Jan 8th. Please take into account that shipping during holiday season usually take a bit longer, also you can see in the DHL tracking notes that there was a strike in Italy in December. Regarding shipping costs, you bid for the item by knowing the shipping costs, also you can check the DHL website there is no cheaper option to send a package with tracking and insurerance. About replying late, I am sorry for that but I was on winter vacation and just returned today.
