As per you description the pen had a chip on the side. However, the chip is not a chip and it half of the tip of the pen and unfurtunately it does not write. Please kindly advise.

NOT AGREE. In Italian we say "Sbeccato" Traduced in English "Chipping", and all my pens are tested before cleaning and shipping. This Pen wrote and sometimes scratched the paper because of that " Chipping". The damage was also pictured. For this, the prize remained very LOW, because lots of bidder did not bid for this reason. I think you bid but read the Description after bidding. But auction was clear and all my past auctions demonstrate my good reputation.
