J'ais bien reçu votre colis mais sur les 3 objets en porcelaine 2 ont été brisées ,dommage car ils etaient beaux, alors poubelles . Sur le colis il faut une éttiquette trés fragile .

Bonjour! I just saw your review today! I am very sorry 2 of the 3 statues are broken.! I thought I packed the statues very ,very carefully! I just looked at the insurance , it is rather complicated but maybe I can claim a refund. To do so one of the things I need are photo's of the damaged goods.Do you maybe made photo's ? With kind regards , Marijke Fast PS already for years the dutch post tells not to use the fragile stickers anymore , they do not look at that anymore , too many parcels nowadays .

Picked up today 31/3/2017 at Post Office. The copper pot carefully wrapped with bubble plastic sheet in Cartoon box filled with newspaper. The patina looks better than the Catawiki pictures. Tks!
