Deliverytime was very long. The Watch did not work. I brought it to a shop and let it repair!!

1. The transport of the watch does not depend on me. It depends on the courier. Between sending and receiving was Christmas, New Year. 2. The watch works perfectly. Maybe the problem was the battery - I'm right? - (when I sent it was working), maybe because of the low temperatures outside. (after you will take from watch shop tell us what was the problem. Thanks). Thank you for understanding this things.
