Rien a dire, objet conforme à la description, un envoi suivi ou recommandé aurait été plus prudent ! Envoi simple à 15 euros c ´est un peux cher.

Désolée, je n'ai pas eu d'autre choix. Il y avait ce jour-là au bureau de poste une panne des ordinateurs aux guichets et une affluence monstrueuse dans toute la salle, les gens attendaient la réparation de la panne sans savoir si cela allait se faire plus ou moins rapidement. L'information étant inexistante, j'ai préféré recourir à un appareil d'enregistrement self-service informatisé qui, lui, fonctionnait normalement et m'offrait la possibilité d'envoyer votre achat en courrier suivi.
Je suis heureuse de savoir qu'il vous est bien parvenu, qu'il vous convient et répond à vos attentes.

Das Los war vorher schon geklebt. Alte Klebestelle  erkennbar. Während Transport wieder an exakt dieser Stelle gebrochen. Verbindung aller vier Beine zum Sockel waren geklebt. Sehr ärgerlich!

Oggetti corrispondenti alla descrizione, buon imballo protettivo per la spedizione. Tutto bene.

I was away, in a non-UE country since the end of December. I had to leave my home quickly for very unhappy family circumstances and just came home a few days ago. I had informed Catawiki of my absence, asked them to wait before publishing my lot., which they ignored. They  published and sold this lot. They should at least have warned you that there was some delay.

As for the traces of age and time on the teapot, they are absolutely normal for an antique item and are quite light. I have seen the same type of teapot in a much worse condition in Australia: people  still like them and are proud to own one of them. You want new-looking silver ware? Then buy new items, as the antique ones all show their age. Poor "very, very unhappy customer", there are so many other things in life that can make you really and seriously unhappy, believe me.
As I do not want you to stay unhappy, I would be glad to buy the teapot back from you and reimburse you the very small price you paid for it.
