The rug came with very strong musty, bad smell - we could not even take in to the house. Plus the rug had much brighter colors on the photos than in reality. Overall disappointing, not a nice piece.

Schöner Teppich, aber nach der Beschreibung hatte ich ihn dichter erwartet und frisch gereinigt riecht er nicht
Helaas was het tapijt veel later geleverd, dan de aangegeven levertijd. Daarnaast stond er dat het professioneel gereinigd was, maar het stonk heel erg muf en oud. Erg jammer!

Beste koper, Dank voor uw reactie. We betreuren uw ontevredenheid. Uw kleed is inderdaad gereinigd zoals geadverteerd, ruim 2 maanden voor het aangeboden werd en heeft in de opslag gelegen tot het verzonden werd. Bij het reinigen wordt als laatste met water gereinigd om zeepresten te verwijderen. Het kan zijn dat de eigenlijke geur van het kleed dan uiteindelijk overheerst. Betreft de verzending, dit heeft helaas door miscommunicatie bij de koerier vertraging opgelopen omdat het niet opgehaald werd. Uiteindelijk hebben we het zelf gebracht bij een afhaalpunt. We betreuren dat u niet contact met ons opnam alvorens uw reactie te schrijven, we hadden graag de mogelijkheid tegemoet gezien om u alsnog tevreden te stellen. Mvg
Die Lieferung aus den Niederlanden hat sehr schnell funktioniert, der Teppich ist tiptop und fertig zum Auslegen. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann den Verkäufer nur weiter empfehlen!!
J'ai ouvert le colis et une odeur de moisissure s'est dégagée du tapis. Je n'ai pas pu le mettre dans l'appartement. De plus le tapis était poussiéreux à un point.Mais Honte. Je regrette cet achat

Dear buyer, we are dissapointed to hear your dissatisfaction about your purchase. More so because we take alot of effort to provide you with a rug at best prices and under optimal buying conditions. Your rug has been professionally cleaned over 2 months ago and has since then been stored till it shipped off to you. It according to company policy routines only gets packed at last moment after a final check. This includes dust, moth damage, insects/rodent damage, fungus or odour. It gets vaccuumed once more and then packed for shipment. It is very unlikely to have fungus or dirt and most likely this is the natural smell of the wool especially after aging. Indian rugs are mostly subjected to local provisions of wool and dye from local species of sheep which have lesser quality than imported wool. We respect but regret that your decision to not discuss a solution with us first rather than directly going for the negative feedback. We wish u best of luck in future purchases.

Kleed is netjes alleen het bezorgen met UPS is naadje
Het Kleed is mooi en op tijd besteld, alleen degene die het bezorgd heeft had wel wat netter en beter met het kleed om kunnen gaan. Schandalig zoals hij zich heeft gedragen tijdens de bezorging.
Op 31 augustus werd mijn bod geaccepteerd. Op 6 sep is het tapijt verzonden en door schandalige missers van het UPS packagepoint werd het op 22 sep. afgeleverd. Verkoper heeft erg veel moeite gedaan.

Beste mr. De Graaff, Ik betreur de situatie, maar gelukkig is er niet veel aan de hand; uw kleed ligt volgens de tracking info. Niet op een foutief adres maar nog steeds op het ups afgiftepunt. Deze fout is buiten onze macht en ligt bij de koerier/ups shop maar is gelukkig makkelijk te corrigeren. Ik verwacht dat u spoedig de zending bezorgd krijgt. Ik vraag u naderhand, na levering vriendelijk om uw feedback te herzien en hoop op een positieve afsluiting van uw aankoop.

We have offered the rug with 28 pictures showing the whole carpet from different angles and with close ups of any shortcomings, also with an accurate description of the condition, inclusief the absence of a certificate. Furthermore we took great effort to deliver a professional cleaned and packed rug safely and according to your demands, so we are very disappointed with your negative feedback as our efforts did not deserve this. Colis reçu en France 9 j après la vente. Difficultés à suivre le colis, GLS est d'ordinaire +efficace en délai et suivi internet. Tapis épais, Dommage :pas de certificat d'origine. nettoyé mais moite.
Prima verpakt aangekomen, kleed is precies volgens de foto's en we zijn er blij mee.

Good, fast communication and beautiful rug! The delivery was a little late. The colors are not as warm and vibrant as in the photos, but ok. The rug was a little damp when it arrived. Well packaged.

Dear Manuela, I have shipped your rug twice now with different couriers on my costs and you failed to accept delivery, I have notified you that your parcel required a signature/somebody present for delivery. now your rug is returned again to me! I understand your frustrations, but this not due to any shortcomings on my end! I have proposed a final shipment to you, otherwise I Suggest you arrange shipment yourself. Best regards

Tapis sûrement magnifique à l’origine. Tapis vieilli c est la normalité. Beaucoup de tâches et odeurs nauséabondes. Dommage.
