    Good level of communication and information. But for 550€ transport cost from Northern Italy to Austria I would expect transport of the table up to the first floor. 7h wait window for delivery!

    Dear customer, We apologize for the long wait. Shipping companies should generally provide a more precise time slot. Regarding costs, we would like to clarify that shipments handled through Catawiki have a single rate valid throughout Europe. Furthermore, the service is always calculated for delivery to curbside, as delivery to upper floors is not offered by most couriers. The shipping rate includes not only transportation, but also packaging (which is custom-made for large items) and shipping insurance. Best regards Orvett
