Really disappointed for the shipping: 16 days from Portugal to Malta. Seller said "not my fault"... so whom? Seller charged €29 shipping, while the parcel shows €20.44.

As I told you in the message: Unfortunately, I have no control over the Portuguese postal service. I shipped your order on Sunday (the 21st), but CTT does not operate on weekends, so it was processed on Monday, the 22nd. On the 24th and 25th they were closed, which may explain the delay. During the Christmas period, delivery services are often overloaded, and parcels can take longer than usual. I completely understand your bad review, but I am not able to do better. My responsibility is to dispatch the item the next day, which is what I do. As you can see from the other reviews, I am extremely fast with shipping, but I cannot speed up anything that does not depend on me. From the moment I hand the parcel over to the post office, there is nothing more I can do. The Christmas period is extremely challenging for all delivery services.
