Het duurde even eer de ring geleverd werd. (waarschijnlijk door de impact van het coronavirus) Maar het is een mooie ring, mooier dan op de foto, in een allerliefst doosje. Mijn dank.
Déception... Bague minuscule par rapport aux photos trompeuses... Cette bague ne vaut pas plus que 700 euros.. Grosse deception...

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! Bad quality and lies about specifications! There was a missing diamond in the alliance ring UPON arrival. Complaint filed within 3 days, with photo evidence! Bad service

Buyer was a liar, after 13days of recieve the ring and having the ring with him/her, buyer claimed there was a missing diamond and that the diamond was lost and want a part refund for repair. Buyer came back 4 days later to say he or she has the missing diamond but this time wants a full refund. This was agreed to on condition that the ring and the loose diamond is returned with it. Buyer returned the ring without the loose diamond which tge buyer lied to have sent. Courier service were contacted about the loose diamond but the buyer wont talk to them as he said they have got nothing to do with it. He or she later admitted to still have the diamond with him or her and have sent the ring without the loose diamond. The ring was later returned back to the seller.
Danke, Ware ist rasch und sicher per Post angekommen. Wenn Ihre Expertise auch stimmt, welche ich aber erst überprüfen lassen muss, bin ich mit dem Ring hochzufrieden. Es ist ein sehr schönes Stück.

Your item was sent to you but got lost in the post and this was explained to you. We offered to send you another one but catawiki decided to cancel the order before we could send you another one. Your money has been refunded to you in full by catawiki. We would have appreciated if you put a full details of what happend in your review. But it's your opinion, so thank you. I do hope has you have came here to make a bad review, u can come back and submit a review once you have recieved your fund back. And point of correction, your fund is with catawiki as your fund never reached me at any point, which I am sure catawiki would have told you and would have started the process of your refund. So, if u have a problem please contact catawiki and stop writing lies on here. Thanks.
