The lot is received. It was safely packed. Unfortunately there is a damage near the label. Inside the pocket. The label is important for the Cloth. You should have fixed it before selling regards

Thank you for appreciating the packaging. I'd like to point out that the coat is exactly as described, meaning "In excellent condition, very minor signs of wear." The fabric composition label is present, and if it's torn off somewhere inside the pocket, it's tolerable as it's not missing and doesn't detract from the product's superb quality. It will take you a minute to put it back together yourself, or €2 if you have a tailor fix it. Besides, the alpaca coat cost 8-9 times less than in the boutique (retail price around €1,200), so I'm sure you're super happy to have won the auction and acquired this wonderful reversible coat.
