    The merchandise is ok. However, I had to pay 20,75 euros extra to transportation company. This expense was not described. On the contrary, I had the impression I paid in full for the transportation.

    Inside the lot, it was written how much the rug would cost to go to Europe and the other countries. The details of the rug were written in the product description. The final bid was 2 EUR, the shipment cost was 34.70 EUR because of the size, weight and the cost of UPS Express service fee. The customs tax was 13.60 EUR and for final bid cost was 2 EUR, this customs fee is quite reasonable. As a citizen of the country you live in, it is your legal obligation to pay customs fees and taxes. As a seller, unfortunately, it is not possible for me to know which country will tax how much and what kind of tax law it has. And these are situations that develop outside of me.
