Unfortunately, the communication wasn't the best. I expected a more relaxed handling of the situation.

I have been defrauded. A user purchased a vintage rug—listed as being in good condition—for 140 euros. They subsequently demanded a refund, claiming they had found a 2 mm hole!!! Such a hole did not exist; had it been there, I could have repaired it in five minutes. The rug is currently undergoing an expert assessment, and the matter will be taken to court as a case of fraud—I will now be seeking damages for this fraudulent act.

Der Teppich entsprach voll meinen Erwartungen, Danke
