Seller was incredibly quick to ship, and the item arrived safely. Seller was also very communicative when I had an issue with the item, and was cooperative when working out a solution. 10/10 seller!

Everyone went to meet the other and so the operation ended in the best way for both.

The cap on the pen does not snap closed and it just falsl off. That is a real disappointment. A pen that does not cap-shut properly is of no use to me.

It seems strange ... very strange. The pen at the start was regular. If this is the problem do not worry, for the cost of the pen you'll gladly gift it and I'm available to repay the full cost. If you have a pay pal account I can refund the full amount. I do not know the catawiki procedures in this case is the first time that happens.
