When I say grubby, I don't mean "broken".  It was a dirty used bag - and I'm talking about the inside bag as well/  What dimensions?  The ONLY reference to size was 'm'.  I hope many note my comment!!

If the item arrived in damaged packaging, it was necessary not to collect the parcel, I would make a complaint and we would get along, and secondly, when you buy something, look at the dimensions given in the description and not the size of the manufacturer, I do not recommend the buyer
