    The lamps never arrived for me!!! The tracking said that I received them, but it is not true!!!! Contact the vendor, but I’m very disappointed. I suggest that he complain to the shipping company, but he refused!!!!

    The package was delivered to you on December 22nd at 1:55 PM. Two weeks after this date, you reported that you hadn't received the package. I reported it to the postal service, and the package is no longer traceable because it has a "delivered" status. Unfortunately, an investigation is no longer possible at this point. You should have reported it sooner; then there would have been a way to locate the package.
