Neutral feedback given, because Customs opened package. Content was not sufficient mentioned on too big and weak box. Result: Customs damaged paper plate. Will never buy anything overseas again!!

If it's not the fault of the seller, then why do you leave me a neutral comment? We did what we were supposed to do correctly, quickly and properly, right? Admittedly, we are human and we made a mistake. And yet, this is the 2nd or 3rd time now that we've been left with negative or neutral feedback regarding customs fees (if you order from the US, there will be customs fees). We don't have any control over customs HOWEVER we ship with minimal value (which we're NOT supposed to do) so our customer's import duties/fees are as low as possible. Otherwise, your customs costs have NOTHING to do with us! We paid all costs for returns and re-shipment (of course) PLUS we sent a $30 Shepard Fairey sticker set as a free gift for our mistake. Please reverse this.
