I don’t collect any taxes or extra charges, and these are beyond my control and the buyer’s responsibility, as noted in the item listing. I always aim to provide accurate listings, fast shipping, and great service, so I don’t believe a neutral feedback due to a local tax issue — which I can’t influence — fairly reflects the service I provided.

The Certificate is in your messages and has been sent to your email. I did not ship it with the package because the handling of mail often creases the certificate.
