Great seller. High quality artwork and good packaging!
The artwork was badly wrapped and arrived broken. The seller offered 15 euro compensation or refund but did not want to cover the repair cost.

Unfortunately, damage can occur during transport, which is beyond the seller’s direct control once the parcel is handed over. I apologized several times and offered a full refund of the purchase price, including covering the return shipping costs! However, the buyer demanded a so-called “market value refund,” or professional restoration which was never justified nor supported by the platform. For transparency, we are speaking about a €75 artwork with a minor corner damage of less than 1 cm on a 60 × 60 cm piece. After it became clear that even Catawiki support did not agree with your demands, you personally chose to close the claim. I stand by my conduct throughout this transaction and believe my proposed solution was fair, transparent, and proportionate.

You have made a great deal with this work. Very cheap for what it is. And you spend your time writing neutral feedback? I spent more to pack and ship the work than what you paid for the work, so come on my friend... don't buy art if you can't afford these things, customs fees are for the buyer and it's not my fault that you don't inform yourself. Realmente la obra gráfica comprada a este vendedor esta muy poco cuidada, con manchas y dobleces que devalúan la obra, tardó muchísimo tiempo y con tasas de aduana evitables si se envía como regalo.

Object as expected, thanks! EU-buyers beware, the seller is outside of the EU. I had to pay almost 40% extra VAT and import duties. I know this is my fault, not the sellers', but it's easy to overlook
