The item was exactly as pictured and in perfect condition. Nicely and securely packaged. The only negative was that although the seller was very quick sending it, it took more than 3 weeks to arrive

The scarf is darker and has more spots than was shown in the pictures. Photos brightened to hide it. Item well protected for delivery

Dear Madam, I am very sorry for your disappointment because I care very much that those who buy are satisfied. Let me say that the photos are absolutely not retouched, rather made with my mobile phone which is not even the latest model. I had specified that it was a vintage scarf and that shows its signs of age even if kept very well and this I firmly believe. I can only tell you that personally when I buy vintage scarves that I love, if necessary, I prefer to clean them in my trusted laundry because they are delicate objects. If you had let me known that you were not satisfied, I would have cancelled the sale without any problem. I think that with a cleaning the scarf will have the bright that you wish. I am glad you appreciated the protection for the delivery. Best regards.
