Megkaptam a csomagot ,sérülésmentesen.Azonban VÁM költségre nem számitottam ami megemelte a csomag árát. A csomagért személyesen kellett érte mennem mert nem kézbesítették ki.

Purtroppo sicuramente imballo non adeguato , ha preso un colpo ed è arrivato con un piedino staccato e il vetro frontale sul lato sx scheggiato.

Klok was slecht verpakt.
1 glaasje te klein, 1 glaasje beschadigd

21 maart betaald, 9 april verzonden na herhaalde verzoeken. Slecht verpakt, waardoor 2 van de 6 klokjes zijn beschadigd. De glazen stolp van de stolpklok gebroken en de bodem van de doosklok kapot

And about the late delivery , it’s not my mistake 
there was problem into the system of the post office 
What i can do !!!
I’m sure i wrap them very well 
Just one glass of 6 clocks was broken 
Anyway i told him that i will refund him for all the shipping costs and for the damaged clock or i will send to him another one 
But he didn’t agree , i don’t know why !!!!
